3. Esophageal candidiasis: 200 mg on the first day, followed by 100 mg once daily. Doses up to 400 mg/day may be used. Treat for a minimum of three weeks and at least two weeks after symptom resolution.
4. Systemic candida infections: Optimal dosage and duration have not been established, but doses of up to 400 mg daily have been used.
5. Urinary tract infections and peritonitis caused by candida: 50-200 mg daily.
6. Cryptococcal meningitis: 400 mg on the first day, followed by 200 mg once daily.
7. Prophylaxis for bone marrow transplantation patients: 400 mg once daily.

For children, the recommended oral dose is 3-6 mg/kg daily, with doses up to 12 mg/kg recommended.
